At the invitation of the Director, with whom I had collaborated before, I worked one-on-one with staff for their professional development, providing technical support for program development (logic models), evaluation and reporting. Their suite of programs for local and at-risk youth focuses on esteem-building activities through varied types of learning, reflection and and community service opportunities.
