As part of an extensive strategic planning project at di Rosa, Gail Anderson & Associates (GAA) invited me to provide professional development and work with staff to draft a visitor studies plan. Surrounded by vineyards and somewhat remote from town, di Rosa gallery buildings are widely disbursed on hilly terrain. Visitor studies are critically important to inform marketing, programing and infrastructure to improve access and public engagement at this challenging location. In addition to working directly with staff for the visitor studies plan, I was one of several experts present for a public engagement charrette with di Rosa volunteers, staff and board members.
